Hello and welcome to my website.
When I was thirteen I became a Saturday lad for a local butchers shop in Queensbury, Bradford. I worked hard and when I left school at fifteen the butcher offered me an apprenticeship. I liked the work as the duties were varied and I enjoyed the communication with the customers. I accepted the apprenticeship and continued to work at the shop for a further thirteen years.
Since leaving I have run three different shops of my own until I settled on this one six years ago. This particular shop has such a variety of customers that I never get bored as each day brings new experiences. I get to meet new people all the time and over the years I have built up friendships with my regular customers who I now feel are like a part of my family.
